EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

We want to ensure you're happy and you receive nothing but quality products from the SickKids Crew Gear store. 

Unfortunately if you ordered the wrong size we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We offer a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) or an exchange on damaged or defective products.

If your goods are in any way damaged, or defective when you receive them, please do not hesitate to contact us about replacement or refund within 15 days of your delivery. Email us at  shop.customerservice@sickkidsfoundation.com, include pictures if possible, and we'll do our best to make the returns process easy.

Please be sure to include your order number and order details. We’ll get back to you with instructions on processing your return.
