Does it cost extra to customize my card/eCard?

No, all customizations are included in the cost of the card.

What will my donation support at SickKids?

Unless you direct your donation to a specific area of purpose, your donation will be considered unrestricted, which gives us the flexibility to deploy funds in the areas of greatest need. We can’t predict where we will need funds down the road, nor can we know what research, projects, or funding will be underway when a donation is received.

I’m not comfortable ordering online. Can I order over the phone and send in cash or a cheque?

Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?

Yes, you will receive a tax receipt for the donation portion of your order. For example, if you order $20.00 worth of cards, and make a $50.00 donation (total order value of $70.00), you will receive a tax receipt for $50.00. Your tax receipt and order confirmation will be sent via email shortly after placing your order.

As a business, can I receive a gift confirmation instead of a tax receipt? Yes, if you would like a gift confirmation instead of a tax receipt, please contact our Donor Care Team toll free at 1-800-661-1083, 416-813-6166 or submit an inquiry online.

 

Print Cards
Can I ship my cards to an international address? Yes. There is a flat $25 shipping fee, regardless of international destination. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped.
When will my print cards be billed? Your credit card will be billed as soon as you confirm and place your order.
Can I include a handwritten signature? Yes, you can include an image during the customization portion of your card check-out. Image requirements: minimum size: 225x225px. Preferred size: 450x450px. 300 dpi. Max 25 MB.
When will my print cards be delivered?

Allow up to 3 business days for order processing.

Single cards will be mailed via Canada Post. For orders of 2-10 cards, you may choose to have them delivered by either Canada Post or courier. Canada Post delivery windows are as follows:

For courier orders, which include all orders greater than 11 cards, and all boxed cards, delivery windows are as follows:

*Please note that depending on import rules, deliveries to the United States could take up to 5 business days, and international deliveries could take up to 2-3 weeks.

Can I have my print card mailed directly to my recipient? Yes, please enter your recipient's address as the delivery address at check-out.
Can I have multiple print cards in one order mailed directly to each of my recipients? Unfortunately, a single order can only be delivered to a single address at this time. You can place separate orders for every card you would like delivered to a specific address.

eCards
When will my eCard be delivered? After you've customized your eCard, you will be asked to review your customizations. At this time, you will also be prompted to select an eCard delivery date. eCards will be delivered at 6AM on the date chosen. ECards scheduled for today will be sent immediately.
When will my eCard be billed? Your credit card will be billed upon confirmation of your order at check-out.
Can I cancel my eCard after purchase? As payment is processed immediately upon check-out, we cannot cancel eCard orders. Please ensure to review your eCard prior to check-out. If you require further assistance, please contact our Donor Card Team toll free at 1-800-661-1083, 416-813-6166 or submit an inquiry online.
Will you send promotional information to my recipient's email address? No - CASL laws dictate that we require consent from supporters to send promotional information via email. Your recipient will only receive the eCard you are sending, unless they have provided consent to receiving SickKids Foundation communications. We do not trade, rent or sell the names of our valued supporters.

What is your exchange/return policy?

We want to ensure you're happy and you receive nothing but quality products from the SickKids Crew Gear store. 

Unfortunately, if you ordered the wrong size, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We offer a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) or an exchange on damaged or defective products.

If your goods are in any way damaged, or defective when you receive them, please do not hesitate to contact us about replacement or refund within 15 days of your delivery. Please contact our Donor Care Team toll free at 1-800-661-1083, 416-813-6166 or submit an inquiry online, include pictures if possible, and we'll do our best to make the returns process easy.
