Complimentary shipping is provided through Canada Post; however, if an order exceeds the size or weight thresholds, it will automatically be upgraded to Purolator at no additional cost. Free shipping is not available for orders of fewer than 3 items.
Standard shipping rates apply to all other orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
During our Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions, select items may be available at a discounted price. Please check our website during the promotional period for details on which products are included and the discount amounts. Promotions are available for a limited time only and cannot be combined with other offers.
No — personalization is included at no additional cost. You can add your own message, select a font, and upload up to three images when customizing your card or eCard. The price you see for the card already includes the personalization service.

Print Cards
Currently, we ship print cards within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping for print cards at this time. If you need to send a card internationally, our eCard option is available worldwide — browse our eCards here.
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
Yes! You can upload an image of your handwritten signature as one of the three available images during the personalization process. We recommend scanning or photographing your signature on a white background for the best print quality. Minimum image size is 225 × 225 px; 450 × 450 px or greater is preferred.
Print cards are typically produced and shipped within 5–7 business days of your order being placed. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard Canada Post delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 business days within Canada.
Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holidays), production and delivery times may be longer.
Yes! During checkout, you can enter your recipient's address as the shipping address. Your card will be mailed directly to them. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.
Currently, each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you would like to send cards to multiple recipients, you will need to place a separate order for each recipient's address. We recommend adding the cards for each recipient to a separate cart and checking out individually.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. If your order exceeds the size or weight thresholds for standard Canada Post service, it will automatically be upgraded to Purolator at no additional cost to you. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
eCards
eCards are delivered electronically to your recipient's email address on the date you select during the personalization process. You can choose to send it immediately or schedule it for a future date. Delivery is typically instant; however, please allow up to a few hours for email delivery.
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed, regardless of whether the eCard is scheduled for a future send date. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
If your eCard has not yet been sent (i.e., it is scheduled for a future date), please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Once an eCard has been delivered to the recipient, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
No. Your recipient's email address is used solely for the purpose of delivering the eCard you have purchased. We will not add them to any mailing list or send them any promotional communications. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
